“Who's your favorite movie monster and why?”
The lovecraftian monsters from "the Valdemar legacy". I think they did a great job plasming the monsters on film. They feel ancient and unsettling. Shame it barely got out internationally
The new layout is not great and it absolutely sucks that I lost my streak because the reset time changed without warning! Whoever runs this things should fix everyone's streak since we had literally zero warning!

ok i just wanted to share my VERY CONTROVERSIAL take on frankenstein. basically let's say a man named joe smith has a kid with his wife/gets an egg donor. he/they created that kid. in most societies, it's automatically given his surname. so he names it bob smith, & bob can go by "bob" or "smith"…
well, dr frankenstein created life when he created the monster… so in our society it automatically gets his surname, so frankenstein IS both victor and the monster… plus even at the vet they assume your pet has your last name!!

Love Oogie Boogie too! RIP Ken Page who passed away earlier this year. He was the voice and a Broadway legend who I was fortunate enough to work with and see at the Hollywood Bowl performing Oogie w Danny Elfman and the cast of the film

Maybe Babadook, since the monster is mos psychological than something physical, albeit having a physical manifestation. The biggest monsters live inside our own heads, not on the screen or pages.

Awesome theme today! Frankenstein and his creature. The og Boris Karloff film is my fav. Such a great character. He's so misunderstood. The real monster is Dr. Frankenstein!

Did the time zone change with the new layout? I played at the same time I’ve done before, but now it was counted as Saturday rather than Friday, so it ended my streak.

I got two days added. Looks like streaks update at your device's midnight, but the games still update at the original time (midnight Pacific, I think). Leaderboard frames are broken too.
they should give back everyone's streaks + give a warning that theyll be changing the time zone starting on x date so ppl can prepare!
I loved that Zuul was in downwards, but was bummed it wasn’t one of them! (I get it. Ghostbusters isn’t exactly King Kong, but was cool to see!) Also, the new interface finally showed up, and I am digging it!
