Chocolate for trick-or-treaters and gummy candy for my marching band kids!!
We will be giving out an assortment of candy from Hersheys to Skittles. My husband and I are also participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project, so we are handing out Halloween trading cards for kids with allergies.
A lot of our pass-out candy came from the Mars Wrigley factory by us. They were giving out a ton of candy (more than we could eat) for the local businesses trick or treat.
Do you all ever feel like these games are just market research. Or just me?

I like Dots. However the Ghost Dots where you don't know the flavor because they are all the same color is just mean on Tootsie's part!
I dont give out candy
Well I'm a kid so I'll be on the receiving end, but if I were to give out candy kitkats, twix and really anything that has chocolate or caramel, as those who don't appreciate them are unwelcome. Jk but still how can you not?

I don't live in a neighborhood so I will not be passing out candy. Also in WoF what is a flavor that starts with "k" ? I couldn't think of one.
I had Kiwi. But "Key Lime" might also work. This word appeared in the games two times over the last weeks.
I put “kimchi” and it accepted it? I literally couldn't think of anything else for the life of me.

I did Key Lime & it worked, couldn't come of with a family activity though
my block is weird so no one trick or treats! i used to do what i called "reverse trick or treating" where id make bags of candy, stickers & a little card and walk with my mom to drop them off at our neighbors' houses who have kids but my mom's legs hurt too much & i refuse to go alone…
(driveways 100+ ft long and each house is really spread out) but also tomorrow my mom is getting a special injection in her knees thatll hopefully take away the pain (not a steroid, new thing just approved by the fda i forgot what sorry) & in her hips next week!

None. The 🤬 mayor of our town moved trick-or-treat to Saturday for NO reason other than Cuz he can and it makes him feel big. He does this every year but has always kept it within October. I will not do trick or treat in November. Samhain is not Dia de Los Muertos.

Thanks for playing my day everyone!! I'm pumped for Halloween like I am every year, though I don't celebrate much out of *eating mountains of pillsbury ghost sugar cookies* and watching movies + giving out candy.
Side note, have you ever actually looked up the ingredients of circus peanuts? I always assumed they contained peanuts but they're actually banana flavored marshmallows. Either way, I probably wouldn't eat them, lol.
Once you start reading the ingredients for literally everything you eat, you probably wouldn’t want to eat most of it anymore 😬

I still can’t figure out what “boxes of dots left at the bottom of the bowl” mean?
Dots are a brand of gum drop. If a trick-or-treater is digging in a bowl of assorted sweets, they'll likely be left over. A lot of the "candy" puzzles are super-American cultural niche.
It's a shame, Dots were my favorite as a kid! ...now i don't like them very much but seeing them is nostalgic.

I used to spend all kinds of money on candy for Halloween but because I'm in such a rural area I never got a single trick or treater. So now I turn off the lights (just in case) and put on a spooky movie.
